-> Donations made to Centurion Roleplay are voluntary and non-refundable. Donations are considered gifts and do not grant any special privileges or advantages in the community nor entitle the donor to any form of ownership or control over the community.
-> Donations made to Centurion Roleplay may be used to support and improve the community, including but not limited to server and website costs, development expenses, and community events.
-> We make every effort to ensure that all donations are processed securely and timely and that donor information is kept confidential. However, we cannot be held responsible for any errors, delays, or technical issues that may occur during the donation process.
-> We understand members sometimes feel they must leave the community, in doing so, you understand that you will forfeit all donated items, if, you decide to return to the server. We simply do not have the manpower to constantly verify lost items.
-> Members who are banned at any point forfeit all store-bought packs unless the ban is appealed immediately.
-> With 30 days notice at any point we can remove an item from the store and replace it, when this is done you will receive compensation in form of another pack/replacement of equal or lesser value.
-> To ensure fair use of server resources, accounts that remain inactive for 30 days or longer (excluding approved LOA) may have custom in-game items removed. These items may include personal vehicles, MLOs, or other custom assets. Removed items are not eligible for refund or re-addition if the member returns at a later date.
